Late Payment (New Hampshire)

Credit Dispute Letter Instructions:

We provide you with three different credit dispute letters, one is for inaccurate late payments the second is for inaccurate or erroneous collections information and the third is for outdated negative information. Keep in mind you can dispute any information that is outdated, usually, negative information can no longer be reported after seven years, or in the case of bankruptcy, 10 years. Make sure you have selected the letter you want or if you need you can use all three.

Late Payment:

Enter your full legal name and address.

Next enter the name of the credit agency that you are sending the letter to and their address. You should send the same letter addressed separately to all three agencies, Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. We have provided their contact information below for your convenience.

Then enter the date of the letter.

Next on the line starting with Re: enter your full legal name, the last four digits of your social security number and your date of birth, then include the debt amount, date of service and service provider’s name that is claiming you have a late payment.

In the body of the letter in the lines provided to you, provide a clear explanation as to why you are disputing the item. If you have any proof state so here and attach it to the letter.

Then sign you letter and in addition to any proof, if you have any, also attach a copy of your government-issued identification card such as a driver's license or state ID, as well as a copy of a utility bill, or bank statement, if you do not have a utility bill.

Once completed, mail your dispute letter (standard or certified mail) along with any supporting documentation to the following addresses:
