Instructions:
In the opening paragraph enter each party’s name and address. Ent the party’s legal name as it appears on their driver’s license.
In Section 3 – enter what goods and/or services each party is offering for the trade. Be as specific as possible.
In Section 4 – enter the valuation of what each of you believe is the value of the goods and or services being exchanged.
In Section 5- select how the goods and or services are being delivered.
In Section 6- enter the location/address of where the goods and services will be delivered.
In Section 7- if there is an inspection period enter the amount of time in days for the inspection period. If there is no inspection period, enter zero here.
In Sections 11 and 15 – enter the state in which you want the agreement to be governed by and where arbitration should be held.
If there are any additional terms and conditions that you want added to this agreement, enter it in Sections 19. Remember to use complete sentences and refer to each party as Party A and Party.
Once completed, each party will sign the agreement. Place the fully executed copy in a safe place.
